Rates & Deposits
- All cabin rates are quoted for weekly rentals only; rentals run from Saturday to Saturday
- Personal checks are accepted for deposits only
- We’re sorry, but credit cards are not accepted at this time
- Check-in is after 3:00pm Saturday; check-out is before 8:00am the following Saturday
- Cabin rates are based on 2-person minimum occupancy
- Cabin rates are quoted in US dollars and do not include Canadian Sales Tax
- A $100 per person deposit is required in order to confirm your reservation
- Sorry, no pets
Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits may be transferred to another date in the same year if available but are not refundable
- Any no show will result in forfeiture of deposit
- Late arrivals and/or early departures shall be responsible for full time reserved; this applies to cabins and equipment
- Groups arriving with less than reserved number of guests will forfeit the deposit of each absent guest
Equipment Rental
- Guests are responsible for the cost of any repairs necessary as a result of physical damage to any rented equipment
Documents
- According to Canadian law, all persons entering Canada from the US are required to carry both proof of citizenship and proof of identity. A valid U.S. passport, passport card, or NEXUS card satisfies these requirements for U.S. citizens.
- Canyon Lake Lodge is located in Zone 4 in Ontario. Please make sure to obtain the proper Canadian Fishing License – either Conservation or Sportsman – before you arrive at Canyon Lake Lodge. More information is available from the MNR’s Fishing Regulations page.
